Newsletter Subscriptions Email address and IP address when you subscribe to blog post notifications. Requires email confirmation (double opt-in).
IP Addresses Logged temporarily for rate limiting and spam prevention. Automatically expires after 1 hour. Also stored with newsletter subscriptions.
Blog Reactions Anonymous likes on blog posts. No personal data associated.
Wito AI Chat When you use the Wito chat on this site: session identifier, IP address, browser user agent, and your messages are stored to provide conversation continuity and for rate limiting. Messages are sent to an LLM provider to generate responses.

Data Retention

Contact Submissions Retained until responded to, then deleted upon request.
Newsletter Subscriptions Retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any newsletter email.
IP Address Logs Automatically expire after 1 hour (rate limiting cache). IP addresses stored with subscriptions are retained with subscription data.
Blog Reactions Stored indefinitely (anonymous, no personal data).
Wito Chat Sessions and Messages Retained for the duration of your session. You can clear the conversation from the chat interface. Session and message data may be kept for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
